Terms of Service

This a consensus between you and Secure VPN (securevpn.io) for VPN services, related services, and features. Our service is not to be used for committing a crime. It offers privacy and security via a private IP address. You agree not to break the law wherever you may be.

By default when you use our service, you agree to preserve your ID & password and our service from disapproved use and not show or share account details to third parties. Once logged in to our VPN you are responsible for your actions.

It is illegal to use our service to mail spam, scan port, inspect for a free proxy server, send an unrequested bulk email or any other form although the email gets transmitted a different server. You cannot harm another computer or network while using our service.

There could be differences in service coverage, speeds, locations, and quality. It will always be available bar during maintenance and repair when we will have to fix some things to keep our service top-tier. But things like a crisis, other service failures, transfer problem, network restriction, disruption, signal problem, and service connection could also be interfered, denied, restricted or stopped could also render it unavailable. Secure VPN (securevpn.io) is not responsible for your data, non-delivery of messages lost pages, delays taking place or misdirection due to interference or performance problems with the service network.

We hold the right to impose specific service limit or postpone service or close usage keeping the security and privacy of our users and the service in mind. Network speed hardly impacts the rate at which our service sends or receives data. Actual network speed relies on configuration, compression, and network congestion among others.

Any user carrying out acts such as hacking, cracking, spreading of viruses, network endangerment, and phishing will be suspended or terminated from our service. The user should adequately configure his connections as a Secure VPN (securevpn.io) is not liable for harms inflicted because of user's negligence.

That sums up the agreement. We will update our terms of service based on service changes, and it is the user's responsibility to inspect from time to time for new terms of service.
